What is the object of your Web site? |
| To list and sell pre-designed architectural plans to clients
who visit the Web site. |

| Advertising, email, mail, fax, telephone and personal visits
to architects and designers. |

| Architects and designers will list plans. |
| How are plans priced for sale? |
| Architects indicate an asking price on a Sell Plans Form.
Whatever they ask is the price. We suggest that 20% of the original fee
charged for the plans to be appropriate. |
| In what form are plans delivered? |
| Architects may order plans in any form; including CD, Floppy Disk, or Paper Drawings. Shipping charges may vary depending on the location to be delivered to. |
| How will plans be paid for? |
| You may pay in U.S. dollars by cashier's check, money order, or a check issued by a U.S. bank. If the check is issued by a foreign bank, the bank check must list the counterpart U.S. bank. We also accept payment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only). Please note that all fees are not refundable.

| What is the average cost for customizing a plan? |
| Our fees have a modification price which generally ranges between $800.00 to $4,500.00 (in addition to the price of the reproducible blueprint).

| How long will it take to receive plans? |
| Plans will be received within two weeks from the collection
of payment. |
| What if plans delivered are not complete or the plans that were ordered? |
| While all sales are final, if there is an error in the submission
by the architect or by our personnel, we will correct the error or refund
the purchase price. |
| Where would I go to get the plans modified for my location or needs? |
| Once you’ve selected your home plan, you’ll want to plan out your changes and put them on paper.

Please have the following information ready when you request an estimate:
1. Specific list of changes
2. Revised floor plan sketch if available
3. State or Country in which you are building
4. Foundation type desired (slab, standard basement, etc.)
5. Exterior wall framing desired (2x4, 2x6, concrete block, other)
6. Telephone number where you can be contacted during the day

| What if the plans I want are not listed on your site? |
| Your plan profile will be added to our Plans We Want list.
This list will be seen by architects visiting our Web site and will be shown
to architects who specialize in your type of project. These architects may
then may submit plans that meet your needs. |
| Will this Web site only list plans for U.S. projects or will it be international? |
| This Web site will be international. Plans will be listed
from architects and sold to buyers from around the world. |
| Is there a cost to list plans on aplans.com? |
| No standard listing fees are currently charged. A one-time
Premium listing fee of $20 is charged to include a photograph and floor
plan in a Plan Profile. |
| Is there anyone else engaging in a business similar to yours? |
| No one is enabling architects to list pre-designed plans
for sale. |
| How does your company earn money? |
| By sharing in the revenues generated from plan sales, advertising
revenue and revenue from sales of products and services related to architectural
plans. |
